They advertise a happy hour but limit it to two drinks a room- no matter how many adults you’ve paid extra to stay(and yes it was a big difference to pay for extra adults) When breakfast food ran out it took 30 minutes to get it replenished. Weekend staff were much better and friendly!

The beds and pillows were not very comfortable.
Not a bad place but the beds were not very comfortable. The pool was nice but needed a little cleaning. Daily room cleaning was nice. Breakfast was awesome and had great choices.

The staff were all nice, the indoor pool and hot tub were fabulous! I requested a rollaway for my granddaughter and it was in the room upon arrival. Breakfast was good too! Would definitely stay here again 😎🌵
Great experience checking in. The girls were amazing!! One of then was in training but she was doin an excellent job!! Everyone was top notch on their customer service skills

USFront desk associate Yajaira was great and very helpful.
Room had a terrible smell, smelled like urine or ammonia of some sort. The absolute worst service from the manager on duty who called me a liar and said the room didn't smell. Let me add that the front desk associate came up to my room after we complained with a bottle of febreeze and lysol. She literally said she could smell it from just standing outside the door and they refused to switch us rooms or upgrade. So not only did the manager call me a liar, she called her own employee a liar too. Shower was dirty, disgusting and water didn't drain so the tub would just fill up during my shower. The shower curtain had some weird stains and the manager had the nerve to say it was fine but still replaced it while we were out of our room. Sink was also clogged. And the thermostat had a mind of its own. I just want to finish by saying I am actually a local and rented a room there to get ready for my wedding day. I will never recommend the Hampton Inn to anyone who visits, this place is a joke! Worst experience ever!
USI was basically here for just a quick overnight as it was convenient to the hike we wanted to do the next morning. I cannot say there was anything extraordinary about the hotel but it met everything I needed. It was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly. The free breakfast was adequate but nothing but your basic free breakfast you get in this class of hotel. The rate was pretty good and there was plenty of parking.
