Nothing, I did same day booking on line e and paid for a a king spa suite. When I got there was a small bed, maybe full size and no spa. I left, and they refused to refund. Avoid at all costs.

Staff was excellent!
Room was subpar. Sinks did not drain. Peeling paint throughout the room. Loose wires coming out of the fireplace. Tubs and sinks were chipped-very unappealing. Could hear “everything” going on in the room next to the Versailles room as there are closed off pocket doors between the rooms instead of a wall. Fell short of our expectations and in comparison to many other B&B’s we have stayed at.

Terri in the mornings is what will bring us back to the Justine Inn! She is the sweetest lady and amazing cook, but she also remembers everyone and the details of their stay and personal preferences that were shared the previous day. The building is also gorgeous, quiet, safe, comfortable, and a quick walk to everything we wanted to do & see in Savannah. The showers were hot, the toilet newer… but if I had one suggestion it would be to update the shower head, shower tile grout and bathroom ceiling fan. But a minor issue for us for sure, especially in a beautiful vintage home. We loved our stay!

The parking is not a dedicated parking lot; available for 1 guest only behind inn. We were on the 2nd floor. To access we had to climb many steps, of course in keeping with the age of the historical inn. I would recommend a night light to use in the evening.
