"Ok stay; for the price I didn't expect these negatives"

Almost made it just 3 stars because for the price I didn't expect the negatives, but went with 4. Positives: Very clean; no bad smells; very comfy beds; great quiet heat/AC system; good selection of quality food at breakfast; desk staff were friendly and helpful; TV had great picture. Water from bathroom sink is drinkable (not bad tasting); nice desk unit with office chair plus another chair. Good location far off road so no road noise. Nice to have Walmart so close. Negatives: THIN WALLS -- we could hear the person in the next room cough, could hear their TV, could hear their toilet flush; toilet seat would not stay up -- very annoying!; the supposedly "hot" breakfast was not really even warm with some bites actually cool! Orange juice very watery; I told the breakfast attendant and she was annoyed, not with me but with someone who should have fixed that before; she did not apologize I think, but did fix it after a bit of time. Things not used/checked/known: Wifi; water pressure or hardness; pool; fitness center.
