The Perle Oban Hotel & Spa

Wonderful staff, friendly and very helpful. Cosy, big room and bed kept very clean by the friendly staff. Excellent location, but still peaceful despite the close proximity to the main street.

Shower slightly neat for larger people

This property is right in the heart of town, is very clean and comfortable, our stay felt luxurious and relaxing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was delicious. It’s a great stay!

Spa was fantastic. I booked my time at the front desk and it was very relaxing. My room was small but had a great view of the harbor. Location was ideal for bus, train and ferry.

I gave this hotel 2 stars, one for the excellent location and another one for the lovely staff. The reason I gave only 2 stars? I booked direct with the hotel, a superior seaview room for 2 nights. The shower cabinet for room 103 is tiny. It is only fit for a child! It is not fit for adults! It is not safe to use!, When I mentioned all this to reception I was told that due to the age of the building they were limited in what they could provide!!! We have stayed in hotels worldwide and older and never had this problem. I was offered an upgrade on our next visit but we won’t be back. This is one of the most expensive hotels in Oban but definitely not the best. This morning we waited 25 minutes to order breakfast after we were seated. We were not alone other, guests had waited longer. An expensive mistake! Avoid!!!

The room was beautiful and had a perfect view. The staff have been so accommodating and caring to my needs.
