The breakfast was healthy and varied. It suited both me and my spouses' different approaches to food!

Hard to think what could have been better. The hotel was not responsible for the weather!

Service was very thoughtful. All the staff was ready to assist and very friendly. Breakfast was delicious and with many options. Hotel location is perfect, you can walk everywhere. Jr Suite was big and confortable.

Our Jr Suite was very far away from the lobby, we had to walk a long distance inside the hotel and use a lot of stairs. It was ok for us, but for eldery people or couples with small kids would be tough. The temperature inside the hotel was extremely hot, very unconfortable for winter clothes and skiing clothes. For a skiing location should have more assistence with skiing equipments. For a 5 stars hotel, some help with carrying equipments into shuttle is expected. We had to carry and store everything ourselves.

Breakfast was amazing - great selection of fresh fruits and berries. Amazing breakfast staff working.

No diners included so we had to last minute search for restaurants for each night... Also really uncomfortable mattresses :(..

Все. We turned to the hotel staff with one request, well, even this one request the hotel could not satisfy. The hotel management showed their disrespect towards us. As I understand it, for the management of this hotel, the main thing is what is written on paper, and human relations, humane principles and concepts are of secondary importance.

fancy place , cleanliness and location.

my room was at the first floor but they closed the view with pot plant and ceiling was low That’s why room was little claustrophobic.

Very good service and modern

Too far from our ski lessons so we had to take a taxi everyday.
