Breakfast was very good. Location was good. Lovely big bathroom.

The air-conditioning unit was so loud it was difficult to sleep

We arrived quite late as we had travelled from Malta via ferry. We were met outside the hotel by the friendly receptionist who booked us in and explained everything to us about the hotel and breakfast .We were very surprised to find out we had been upgraded to a suite which was lovely' Breakfast was a lovely buffet with plenty of choices, Can't fault the hotel or staff.We would certainly stay here again if we ever return

The property should be rated 2 stars NOT 4. The registration desk had peeling paint and worn out. When we checked in they told us our room required climbing flight of stairs with our luggage as they had no staff to help. We were so upset after a 3 hour drive showing her know the hotel was listed with elevators on booking.com. My husband has mobility issues with stairs and our luggage was heavy. She found a smaller room with elevator access. So we took care of our own luggage. The room was small nice bedding but walls, furniture and bathroom needed to be cleaned better. We paid for triple superior but were happy to have room to rest. The French doors opened on to apartment building court yard not very pleasant. The staff on the next day were very nice helpful.

Booking.com’s rating and pictures did not accurately depict the condition of the hotel. In not sure I’ll use or recommend booking.com given this experience.

Very good value for money - good price, good breakfast. The furniture in the room was a bit old - I was a bit confused by the photos while booking. But the location is great - just next to Ortigia island. And very big parking for a good price is just across the road.

Room had sort of a sewer smell.

Location was great - between the train station and Ortigia Island. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good.

Room was a bit small for a stay of two or three nights. No kettle in room.
