Awesome staff, very welcoming and accommodating. Cab rides to most locations were short. Would definitely stay again!

Staff un friendly with little training, pool area was filthy and smelly. Breakfast was good.

The hotel was not too bad. However, it looks older than the ones in the photo. Would be good to do an uplift and provide better lighting as it looks too dark and dull in the lobby and in the rooms. The furniture needs a little bit of updating. The sizes of the rooms are good but it needs a bit more cleaning as you can still see stains on the floor and the table was not properly wiped. The breakfast was not too bad, would be good if they add more options and variety. Hotel staff wasn't welcoming - we didn't feel that we are wanted to be a guest at that hotel. When we walked in the ladies at the reception looked at my children from head to toe, which is totally rude. I didn't even hear proper acknowledgement of us trying to check in, they had a slight change of attitude after seeing that we have foreign passports - then they started making a bit of conversation. They might need customer service training - even the manager didn't say any greeting at all. This has put really put us off - and would not consider coming back. However, the staff from the restaurant and housekeeping were nice and courteous at least.

Took 3 changes of rooms to finally get one that had decent wifi and also a/c that worked. - hotel was decent but not up to North American standards. Staff was willing to help but most things r out of their control. Pool was great- quiet and cool water which was refreshing! Breakfast buffet was good and we enjoyed our stay here. Not much to see around the hotel - very poor area for sure .

First time here...only problem was hot water supply ran short...didn't get to try all amenities as it was a 6 hour overnight stay, but I'd stay here again.

Located not too far from food and night life at tamiya or pusok. 20 mins if u like a walk or short jeepney ride. Not far from the bridges to Cebu if ur going to the city. The hotel rooms r spacious and have a nice size refrigerator and good cooking equipment if you are staying longer. Has a fifties themed resto bar on site. Handy if u want a drink but don't want to go too far. Love this hotel. Staff always helpful and friendly.

I enjoyed my stay there for the most part, no one picked up dishes after ordering in room. Breakfast was great but pancakes were always cold..

Our stay was horrible, we booked for a three bedroom high up on level 7, it was the end room. This hotel needs to be knocked down or needs serious maintenance as the two rooms we got were flooded due to water seepage through the walls and windows as it was a stormy night. Then we asked to be transferred to another room.... this was after speaking to front desks and making us wait for a while, they didn't know what to do, they said they could get housekeeping to mop it up....seriously the two rooms were all wet, plus electrical outlets, we wanted to sleep early as we have an early flight. Finally..we got moved to two rooms as they said they had no three bedrooms left. My daughter and I stayed in room612 , while my other cousins stayed in room 613. Their air conditioning wasn't working and also during the night they heard lots of scratching through the door, it had this old mouldy smell and furnitures was outdated, very old like a haunted house, my cousins didn't sleep at all. My room 612 was okay although the hotel is located on busy streets so throughout the night it was noisy, plus the shower sounded like a lawn mower it was painful taking a shower. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you are really on a very tight budget.

It was the worst hotel I have stayed in for many a year the room was stinking from the cess pit that was outside the hotel and the rooster wake you up at 05:20 each morning of the 2 nights I stayed there. I booked for 7 but could only manage staying 2 nights had to move to another hotel it was disgusting. The hotel would not refund anything which I had not really expected but would never use Hotel.com or that hotel ever again

The hotel is great. The staff seem to be slow. I call and make a request for the room and sometimes have to call again after an hour. But it is a good value and I eventually got what I needed.
