- no open about some store (mini restaulant, bar at pool) - ant in the room - unstable hot water supply in bath room - bad smell from air conditioner - staff hospitality itself is not bad

We paid $107/night and just needed a bed to sleep in for a few hours till our next flight out. Not the best or cleanest room but I guess you get what you pay for.

Hotel staff were professional and friendly. Hotel facilities needs an update. I saw a cockroach in the bathroom but other than that, it was clean. Lobby and hallway had an odd smell.

I was disappointed with the breakfast buffet expensive and their omellete station ,Oh my God i could Not believe it baby cochroaches were hovering around the station I almost bounce and leave the place but I kept quiet Not to scare my niece and nephew . I hope the management Can improve the cleanlinnes of the place although Villas are clean and Nice place to hang out with the family . The only downside is the buffet staff needed to know the priorities of the guest ! coffee station should be there So you dont have to Ask all the time

Old hotel, near nowhere and nothing. The information in the hotels.com is all wrong and lies, do not stay here. People working are nice. But the hotel is old and ugly, and it is located very far from everything. It is not a 4 or 5 star. It is a 1 or 2 star at best. Try another hotel.
