"Spacious room, friendly staffs & great breakfast👍"

We had a great time staying in Crown Regency Hotel in Mactan, Lapu-Lapu City, Philippines. Staffs are so friendly, room is clean & spacious, pool is clean & breakfast was great! 👍 But there are 2 things that my husband & weren't happy: 1. The inconvenient of the room swipe key system!👎 It should be updated as soon as someone checks in & not later. & 2. We didn't have hot water for 2 days & it should be checked before checking in time!👎 Anyway, we still had a great time & I would recommend it to all my friends around as long as the price won't go up. Thank you all for being so friendly to us👍😊

Great location when you want to be close to the airport. Rooms are clean, though they could update the A/C because it was very very weak. The free welcome drink and breakfast was good though

"Everything perfect"

We had an awesome 80th birthday party for my mom . The grand ballroom was great including the staff . Our hotel stay was also great , we had the swimming pool all by ourselves at that time . Thank you Crown Regency for the nice and unforgettable experience with our family ..! 💚

"Hotel close to a food resto. Roomy"

waited long. can’t find my bookings from orbitz, when found, they said it was from expedia. on check out, staff was not proactive to follow up and I have to ask again if they already done with final room check. It seems staff forgets how they process check out and so I have to ask as well if the can give back my cash deposit.
