Visited here around the holidays and the hotel is perfectly fine - it serves it's purpose. It is clear it has seen better days in terms of the state of the bathroom, towels, cabinet fixtures, etc... Breakfast was okay - sufficient but used to be better in years' prior. Logistically easy given just off the GSP and within a couple minutes drive you have access to multiple restaurants, a Walmart supercenter (with Subway restaurant inside), gas, an outlet mall, etc... Quiet at night as away from any major roadways.

Shower in handicap rm 106 was defective. Also the sink was leaking to the amount that it was flooding the floor. The sink was reported twice to management.
