A level up from your average hotel room as this provides a kitchen area and living area. It’s very spacious, cozy and we’ll always favor the suites over any ordinary hotel room. For the price compared to others, you can’t beat it.

"Worst Marriott in New Jersey"

I stayed there from Feb 23-28 and had a great experience with most of the hotel staff especially the kitchen and the guy in a suit that check on all the customers in the morning at the breakfast place. But the la service went downhill and terrible when I am about to leave and start my trip going home. I started putting all my things to my car at 4:20am and when i went back to enter the hotel, i cannot use my car and no one is in the reception or no one is even answering the phone. I was knocking for half to 45 minutes and i was already late for my trip. And finally a lady came out with her headset and showed no urgency walking to the door sluggishly and told me that she was on break? On a 24/7 hotel? No one was at the reception? This is the worst Marriott I have stayed. I love Marriott and this is the only Marriott I will never come back. I also called for the corporate number while i was waiting for someone to open the door for me. I reached out to Brian Haggerty but he is as worst as the lady in the reception. I sent him an email with my suggestions to improve their service but no replies, just an ignored customer.
