The front staff was very rude when I tried to explain something . Did not appreciate it the rudeness will never go back got charged twice for hotel room don’t know if will get back the differences

The a/c stopped working so we couldn't sleep the whole night and the new people are not good at understandin. I was trying to recheck in and was prepaid room but was telling me I owed taxes but all that was included on my receipt from my prepay..

I have stayed here numerous times. Hotel is in need of remodeling but that appears to be ongoing. The shuttle was in the shop during this trip but hotel provided complimentary uber.
