The facility is in a great location because my son it's a student of University of Houston and his apartment is pretty close to where he stayed.

Manager is unresponsive to any concerns. Denied stay to an 18 yr old but would not issue a refund or provide documentation stating that he was not allowed to stay due to age restriction. It was an honest mistake but the manager refused to issue a refund or respond with the information requested. I’ve never experienced this type of unprofessionalism by a manager of an organization. This person should not be a manager.
