"We would definitely stay there again. It's just couple miles from MD Anderson."

The room is a little apartment with a kitchenette which really came in handy since we didn't want to eat out.

I called to ask if they have discounts for cancer patients. The lady said it is $72/night. On bookin.com, we got the rate for $67/night.

"For my use I would stay again"

The room was like a studio apartment and very functional. It has kitchenette and accessories.

There are extended stay folks at the unit some seemed to be unhappy, reason unknown

The staff were friendly and helpful. Full kitchenette was nice. Flooring in bathroom was coming up. There was a musty smell. Ants in the room.

This property is full of roaches. Absolutely disgusting. The manager does not allow refunds or any compensation for uncleanliness/ roach infestation. Many folk have been yelling at staff for major inconveniences brought by the property. Not a safe hotel to sleep in.

The place was great with an exception. They ran out of towels every day. We couldn’t get clean towels even when we did every other day. Having to go buy our own towels was disappointing.

desperate need of renovation that they claim is happening but didn't see anything. The neighborhood was super sketchy, some guy was arrested in the parking lot for harassing guests. People were sitting in the hallways of various floors just hanging out, not sure if they were guests or not, did not look like it.
