"Exceptional staff made this a great stay"

Comfortable room with decent closet and other storage space. Breakfast was a bit limited but did include the basics (eggs, cereal, fruit, bread, etc.). Decent fitness room. What made it a great stay was the helpfulness of the staff. The woman managing the breakfast was warm and funny. When I told the front desk manager that I was having allergies, not only did he send someone to check the AC filter; he went out and bought an air purifier for our room! We’ll be back.

The breakfast was outstanding! The pull out bed was not able to be used, so she slept on the couch without pulling it out. Everything else was thoughtful and nice.

"All around pleasant stay at the Fairfield Augusta."

Our room was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly. The waffles for breakfast were prepackaged, but the best I have ever eaten! Nice breakfast all around. Good overall experience.

Pool wasn't heated, so we skipped it.
