While we were assigned a handicap room, my father slipped in the tub and fortunately did not have major issues, but there were no rubber mats or grip strips in tub. We got lucky he did not bang his head on anything.

Everything was as expected, except we think the guest in the room below us smoked in the bathroom, which come up into our room. We brought it to the attention of the front desk and they offered to give us a different room, but we thought it was just a one off, so we didn't move, but it continued for the three days that we were there. We should have changed rooms.
