Being close to my son who is a stuff athlete living on campus. Close to anything we needed or wanted

Price higher than another place we frequently stay at that is much more up to date and located on the water with a beautiful view. I feel rates take advantage of parents visiting their kids.

"Hotel didn’t fix our toilet and wouldn’t switch us to another room"

Great location

When we arrived at the room we found the toilet backed up and would not flush, also the mini fridge wasn’t working. Called the front desk and they said they would send maintenance, we left for about 2 hours when we returned maintenance hadn’t been to the room, went to the front desk and said we had a concert we were going to and that maintenance hadn’t been tot he room and asked for a room change they responded with you’re next on maintenance list. So we got ready to leave and used the bathroom in the lobby. We returned about 11pm the toilet had been cleared but first time we used the toilet it backed up. Mini fridge still not cooling. Never called back to the desk because it was late, used the bathroom in the lobby the next morning. Tough stay for a family with no working toilet.

"It Was OK"

This hotel is dated. The furniture and bathrooms need work. I could have used a handicapped toilet with my bad knees. One of your pictures showed a refrigerator and two glasses, and champagne. I guess our room didn't cut it..

"disappointing"

The people who work there were great.

The breakfast was late most days and not great. The room smelled of mold or sweat. The air conditioning didn't work well. The beds weren't super comfortable. And nothing felt super clean.
