"Not bad would’ve been better without being disturbed by kids running up and down hallway"

Cleanliness and friendly welcome staff

Our stay we had two disturbances of kids playing ding ding ditch on our door which caused me to call the front desk around 10-10:30pm but couldn’t get anyone on the phone to make a complaint. I did notify the office the next morning as I was leaving out. The manager on duty or front desk receptionist let me know she was aware of the situation but in all we didn’t get a good sleep due to the next door disturbance that continued until midnight

The hotel was being remodeled. Beautiful design. Very comfortable to sleep. Nice bar. Staff was friendly.

No hot water in my room. Sink stopper was bent and not working. I've machine on 3rd floor is broken. Pool was closed.

"Nice hotel building but the service is lacking."

This building is a nice building, and the rooms and public rooms are decorated nicely but the service is lacking. Our room had a lot of maintenance issues and cleaned on the surface but not deep cleaned or paying attention to details. The onsite restaurant has a very poor a limited menu and I don't think the food is from scratch, just microwave and serve. This felt like a corporate hotel being run from a distance and paying staff for basic service and overlooking service and care for the property. My recommendation is to check out the many other hotels nearby.
