When I booked my room, I booked for the city view. I was given a room with a view of another building in the back. In the end, it worked as there was more privacy when hanging out on the balcony. When I first arrived, our microwave's plate did not rotate. Staff was quick to replace the microwave. The staff themselves were great and very friendly. A few things to note around the room is water damage. Some damage in the main bedroom. Our balcony was not even. If any water spilled over from the hot tub, it created a large puddle that covered the balcony for 2 days straight. I had the room with a pool table. The placement of the table isn't the greatest. It is against a wall. Meaning you could not play from this side. The table is also bolted down, so we were unable to move it to allow us room to play. I would recommend the hotel to at least get pool sticks that can unscrew in the middle for a tiny pool stick to use for this side to avoid holes in the wall or the pictures being shattered. The other area would be the parking garage. It goes straight down a hill, which was fine. The only thing that made me nervous is when other cars were coming out as you need to be on the left side to scan your card to get in which was also in a random placement going down the hill. I had to get out of the car to find it. It blended in with the wall.

Honestly, I should have known better. So many red flags before we got there. 1. Reservations never picks up the phone or calls back. (forced to book online) 2. No link to the Spa on hotel's website 3. Front desk gave me a non-working number for the Spa, could not transfer me. Then we actually arrived... Front desk did not acknowledge our 5 year anniversary, nor did the hotel. (no amenity, card, or upgrade, typical stuff for a nice hotel, especially in between seasons when it's slow) Probably because I had to book online and nobody read the notes. The front desk checked my ID handed me a key and that was it, no info about the hotel, didn't even tell me when check-out was. Gave me a piece of paper with all the hotel info (spa phone number wrong again) Got to the room and it looked like a college apartment that the landlord just touched up everything broken. Obvious damage to the walls and furniture. Hot tub was rusty and peeling at the bottom, deck had bubbly water damage. Pretty bad. I would not recommend staying here unless you are coming to ski with a large group of rowdy children, because clearly that's who stays in these rooms.

Great Staff and Property was close to everything needed.

Very clean comfortable hotel

We had no hot water in our first room; could not get ahold of front desk from our room, had to continue to walk down to the front desk and search for someone. Eventually two maintenance guys worked on fixing the hot water issue in our room, it was late at night (after 10 pm) for 30-45 minutes minutes (while my wife waited in her robe in the toilet room) instead of just finding us a new room, I finally asked for a new room and that one also didn't have hot water, at that point I couldn't get ahold of anyone again and was so upset we just left; had to go all the way to Salt Lake to stay that night because everywhere in park city was booked. The next day we were told everything would be refunded but it wasn't, we were charged the full amount for the stay.

Great location in downtown Park City! We could not have asked for a more central location to everything we wanted to do. The room we stayed in was beautiful, with great views of the mountain and downtown area. The only con I have is the bed. The bed was very very firm. My wife and I had a hard time getting comfortable enough to fall asleep.

Fantastic location and proximity to Main Street shops and restaurants. Units are roomy. Very nice front desk and cleaning staff. It was nice to have a washer and dryer. Easy free parking.

Excellent location and nice room layouts. Staff was courteous and helpful, and rooms were maintained to great cleanliness standards. Generally, facilities are in need of maintenance/repair...little things like drywall/paint/rust pretty common in rooms and common areas. When we approached the manager about roof tiles hanging above our balcony (looked dangerous) we were told "its on the list." We would stay here again, as the location cannot be beat - - - but need to adjust our expectations.

Main & Sky is conveniently located to Main St. w/ all of its shopping, coffee houses, dining and live music walking distance. Parking was free so an added bonus. The rooms were roomy and comfortable. Hotel staff was very friendly. Check In/Out very smooth. My only complaint would be lack of attention to detail on the room prep. Our fridge had not been emptied from prior occupant. (gross) Coffee maker full of used grounds/coffee and private jacuzzi had dirt debris at the bottom. The shower takes forever to warm. Be sure to book a room that faces Main or you may have a view of retaining wall behind hotel. Did not use the spa so not able to comment. I loved the in room fireplace. Really mad it cozy.

Very sweet and helpful staff. Rooms were great with an excellent location. Gym was tiny without air…but equipped cleaning supplies.
