This place couldn't be more convenient! When staying here level set your expectations because it is not a full service hotel. BUT, it has all the benefits of a condo AND a friendly front desk staff to assist. The rooms are clean and quite large - totally fit all our ski gear comfortably with room to spare. The bathrooms are huge and the soaker tubs are a nice touch. By far the best benefit of this hotel is the location. You can be on town lift within 5 minutes of leaving the hotel. You're also so close to main street that you can put your name in for a table at a restaurant and go back and hang out in your room until they text you. Overall if you're looking for a convenient, clean spot where you don't have to deal with parking in town or at the mountain or ubers at night, this is an awesome option.

This hotel was great. I was really nervous based on all the reviews I'd read, but our stay was fantastic. The first thing to note is that this is not a full service hotel so make sure you level set your expectations. I read other reviews where people were upset that their anniversary or something wasn't recognized - this isn't that kind of place. The upside is that there are all the benefits of a condo unit and a front desk with staff to assist. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bathroom was huge and there was more then enough space for all our ski gear. The lobby is cute, welcoming and warm. The pool/jacuzzi was a great added benefit. By far the best part of this hotel was the location. You can easily walk in ski boots to the town lift and be on the mountain within 5 minutes of leaving the hotel. All of main street is so accessible you can put your name in for a table at a restaurant and go back to hang out in your room until they call you. It couldn't have been more convenient, especially on a busy weekend. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone on a ski trip who doesn't want to deal with having a car, parking at the mountain or dealing with ubers at night. It's a great option.

The heating/air for the unit did not operate according to the temperature set on thermostat. Unit was incredibly hot throughout the night and no matter what temperature we put thermostat on it didn’t seem to matter it still came on and off throughout the night with temperature getting high as 75 degrees even though we set thermostat at 65 degrees. Super uncomfortable every night.

Friendly staff, great location. No view means no view! Not a lot of light in the rooms, so it was hard to see…not too many amenities, but the location was great.

The floor that we were staying on was in the process of getting painted and for the long weekend had blue painters tape everywhere. Not what expected when I booked this hotel.

Great location in the center of Park City. No snow for Thanksgiving, so a lot of the winter attractions where still closed. Property is well kept and rooms are spacious. Jacuzzi on the balcony was a nice extra. Gym is very small, but you can do some cardio and limited free weights. Lap pool and jacuzzi looked good, we didn’t try them. Very friendly staff and parking in the garage. No room service or minibar, but this is mor an apartment than a hotel feel. Pretty pricey but very enjoyable stay.

Location is fantastic. Property is starting to decline a bit. Seems a little tired. One thing which must be fixed and has been an issue since we started coming 10 years ago: the elevator shafts are next to the city’s sewer lines and the sewer smells in the lobby, elevator and hallways is bad. Always been there and should be resolved. Thank goodness we were already wearing masks.

The only complaint we had was the hot water in the tub and shower wasn’t very hot, it was warm but not hot. The hot tub on the balcony was great though.
