The location is excellent. Right around the corner from main without being right on the street. For skiers, the town lift is a nothing walk. The town station with convenient busses to the other mountains is a 2 minute walk. If you dine in town, most places are a 1-3 minute walk. The bathrooms in the rooms are large, clean and nice. Beds very comfortable. We were there just before the holiday, so the hotel was pleasantly quiet. The personal hot tub a nice touch, plus they do not require toxic chlorine levels typically encountered in the shared tubs. One negative, maybe just for our room, was no windows in the kitchen/living space, which made it dark even with lights. But there are large windows in the bedrooms.

The staff was friendly. The space was like an apartment with 2 separate rooms. The second room had 2 beds and our kids were happy to have their own. The style and décor is from 2008 with dark earth tones and the lighting in the bathrooms was too dim for my preference. It had a kitchenette. This was great for eating restaurant leftovers the next morning. I felt like the mattresses were old and have become compressed in the middle making them: not terrible, but not good either. The most annoying thing about our stay was that the water pressure in the showers were pathetic. I could barely get the soap off. Impossible for someone to wash their hair. Overall, its a great space in a great location in the middle of Park City. The place needs some updating. Especially in the bathrooms.

The location is great right on Main Street, front desk person very nice and friendly but other than him we didn’t see any other person working in the building. Had to ask twice to have our room cleaned up. And no good shades in windows so there is not much chance to sleep in.

The stay was amazing! We loved our room and we were right off of main street so we could walk to all of our destinations.

Friendly staff, excellent location, nice spacious clean rooms and the Aveda spa is fantastic!

My 4th time staying there. LOVE the place. However: Not enough light in bathrooms for shaving. Asked to have blown bulbs replaced but it was not done. Deck/Hot tub area was very dirty and run down. Rusty railings and very dirty deck floor.

The room was very dark! Two bathrooms with terrible lighting in each. Women could not apply make up in one bath, and the light was barley good enough for men to shave in the other. The room air freshener smelled like bug spray. Weird sink shape forced the users to bend way over to wash face, brush teeth, etc. Usually resulting in wet clothing when finished. The carpet was dirty. Our white socks looked black on the bottom after walking on the carpet. A lot of the electrical sockets did not work. Could only charge phone on particular sockets. Each morning we had to order coffee from the front desk, and there was only maid service when requested. I know COVID-19 caused a change in how rooms are cleaned by staff, but at a minimum there should be daily linen service and coffee restocked.

The hotel is in a great location which is a blessing and a curse. It’s at the base of main st. So an easy walk anywhere but it’s also direct across from a nightclub… so Saturday night was loud until 2am. The room was nice - very spacious. Water pressure was bad though so it took me awhile to wash my hair. Also - there are no blackout shades so if you need darkness to sleep - Bring a mask and ear plugs. Also: I was bummed to not get a hot tub room but after seeing where those were located - glad we didn’t splurge. The hot tubs aren’t very private and one even overlooks the entrance to the parking garage! Overall our stay was nice.
