I got charged twice because they said my payment declined with y'all but it really didn't now I'm waiting to see if I can get a refund!!!

The staff was super helpful and friendly. We arrived a little earlier and they were very nice and polite with us getting our room ready. The lady at the reception is very very nice! We loved the decor and style of the room. Bedding and facilities in the room were clean.

The room stank heavily of smoke although the room was non smoking and they just maintained the aircon unit, the carpet in the room and throughout the hotel was dirty, we couldn’t get the shower to work (only the tap for the bath worked and not the shower) but this was maybe our skill issue. We couldn’t find a way to activate the shower. Mattress and pillows need updating as they are uncomfortable.

Absolute joke! Dead crickets in the bathroom floor. NO ELEVATOR? How is that even possible in 2024? What happened to the ADA? Hotel has a SMALL non-smoking section that smells more like cigarette smoke than the smoking section, again this is 2024... Breakfast is especially a joke. I had my grandkids, two young boys and a teenager, with me. We were allowed ONE frozen waffle apiece. Was told breakfast supplies are low, cant give out any more! Right down the road about 20 miles there's a Holiday Inn Express that is only $20 more per night. This is $40-50 per night lodging, at best. Certainly NOT $110!

The room had a damp smell to it, furniture was old and scratched. Bedding needed updating.

Lackluster hotel that was all that was available for the weekend. After check in, went to room and not what I reserved. Got a new room when I stood my ground. It was ok. Had what we needed, but wouldn't stay there again unless there were no other options again.
