Atria Hotel and RV McGregor

We stayed at several locations during our tour of Texas and Arizona. The Atria was not the most luxurious, but the lovely and helpful staff, who were genuinely interested in our trip, were the friendliest!

We had the lovliest stay there at the Atria hotel. The staff are just fabulous, generous and kind! I spoke to Marty about tea in a coffee loving society and before I knew it, he had gone to the supermarket and bought me all my favourite teas! They are welcoming and can't do enough for you. We didn't expect breakfast but there is a good continental breakfast as long as you're up early enough. Lainy, the manageress, is great and very accommodating. The rooms may not be the most up to date but they are spacious and very comfortable, especially the bed. We loved the free coffee and tea at any time. It's a lovely pool even in April and there is also washing machine downstairs that the gusts can use inexpesively. We were the 2024 eclipse and it was altogether a wonderful experience. There's a regular good truck that serves the best visitors too plus restaurants and shops a stones throw away. I recommend it if you're in the vicinity.

Good value

The hotel cancelled my reservation prior to the eclipse. When we arrived at the hotel, the hotel told me that Booking.com cancelled my reservation and that the only room they had available to accommodate was a smoking room that was five time above the amount charged. Booking.com showed the reservation as active, and charged my account a couple days before the stay. I was not aware there was a problem with my reservation until I arrived on site (with my family) when they told me that they did not have my room for me. We left the property and found another hotel 2 hours away. All hotels in the area were booked on account of the eclipse. I can only assume that the hotel cancelled my reservation because it realized that it could charge more for my room on account of the eclipse.

Had a small problem come to my attention in the room I was staying the front desk sent the maintenance guy Marty I belive his name is on a Sunday and repaired the camoe explained to me what was wrong with it and if any other issues came afterwards to let him know it was a great job and handle correctly

Really nice staff and daily room service is always appreciated here! Great with communication Ray and Bryon are so friendly and it’s always nice to know that they got your back. 11/10 would recommend for anyone looking for a nice safe place to stay and feel welcomed.

Lanie has been the best and very responsive to all my request. Also Ray at the front desk seems to be a very hard worker. Everytime she sees me she is attentive and always ask if she can help out with anything before going right back her duties. The staff here is definitely well trained and hard works . Ray at the front desk was wonderfully attentive and a joy to be around . I look forward to seeing her every time that I stayed the atria. She always has a smile on her face And goes out of her way to make sure everything you need or want Isabelle She'll also go out of her way to help solve problems

Coffee maker was broken. Only decaf coffee. Attendant gave me bad info and I was woken at 230am to move my rig.
