"Don’t take the Christmas dinner there"

Location was great. There is a shuttle in place to drop you at the city or to the ski place. Breakfast and breakfast place is very nice. Miloud the concierge was very helpful and always with the smile

Our hotel room was 5th floor with no lift. Very difficult when you have 9months old kid and a stroller. The Christmas dinner was a shame and total ripoff / scam. Very slow service and very very average food charged 180 euros per adult without any beverage. Was expecting a fine dining food for this price but no! No ambiance very cold! The kids end up sleeping on the chairs.

The lobby of the hotel is beautifully designed as well as the restaurant for breakfast. The cleaning ladies meticulously cleaned our suit every day.

The suit we rented showed signs of lack of overall maintenance - the carpet had stains, the walls had scratches, the furniture and the staircase had elements of damage. The nice “Instagram-able” photos did not reflect the full reality. The bathtub was clogged.
