"Wonderful magical stay over Christmas"

The staff were great, very attentive. I love the touch of calling me before hand to ask any requests I had to make it special, which I was requested a Christmas tree. Having Santa appear at breakfast and knowing my kids name was very special. The restaurant was nice and cosy, again they were very attentive to myself and my child. Kids club being drop off was amazing

High tea could have more savoury items - but really this was minor point

تصميم الغرفة جميل وكذلك اطلالتها و ان كانت ضيقة قليلاً ، نظافة المرافق ، خدمات النقل من و الى السنتر و اماكن التزلج ، جميع الموظفين بلا استثناء يعجز اللسان عن شكرهم في جعل اقامتي اجمل .
