Comfortable and spacious rooms

Our experience at the Jean restaurant (staff and food) was terrible. Almost everything that could have gone wrong went wrong (slow service, food not cooked to order, starter and mains brought at same time after waiting 45 mins for anything to arrive!!). Hotel itself is comfy and concierge staff were very helpful and nice.

Tout était absolument parfait du début à la fin. L’accueil a été chaleureux, professionnel et d’une grande élégance. Nous avons eu la belle surprise d’être surclassées en suite, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus exceptionnel. Le service était irréprochable, mention spéciale aux voituriers et au personnel, toujours attentifs, disponibles et d’une grande gentillesse. L’établissement a également fait preuve d’une grande compréhension et d’un professionnalisme remarquable, ce qui a été très appréciable. La vue sur les montagnes, le calme, le confort de la suite, l’atmosphère chaleureuse et raffinée… absolument tout était réuni pour un moment magique entre sœurs.

Rien du tout. Honnêtement, il n’y a aucun point négatif à relever. C’était un séjour parfait !

Le service de navette allant de l'hôtel aux pistes est absolument parfait. Le personnel est extrêmement attentionné et diligent. La chambre est très propre et parfaitement insonorisée. Le service de bagagerie et de voiturier rend l'expérience encore plus agréable.

The lobby was beautiful, and the kids’ club was excellent. Most of the drivers were very friendly and helpful, especially the Moroccan driver. The breakfast and afternoon tea were excellent, and the breakfast view was amazing.

What I didn’t like about the hotel was our room (407). It was a corner room, so the space was very limited, especially around the dining table, which we couldn’t use due to the lack of space. The view was not good at all. The bedroom was small and difficult to move around in because of the low ceiling. The bathroom was very uncomfortable, especially for families with children. Also, during our first two days, the elevator was not working, so we had to use the stairs with a stroller, which was a nightmare.
