Location was good

Unit smelt, had not been aired out, dated, no flannels(dash washers, pool not clean, uncomfortable pillows, paper wasp nest under outdoor table

Place is close to the theme parks

Place smelt like it had been closed up for months and was very hot inside, the air conditioning couldn't keep the place cool at all. There was hair all over the bathrooms and the fridge wasn't working until I turned it off at the wall and back on.

We loved the location because it was walking distance to the stadium. The little gated community feel was cute. We ran out of time to use the pool but it looked lovely.

The unit was very dated & well worn circa 80s maybe early 90s. Everything felt as though noone had been there was sometime and the kettle was especially disappointing as the water smelt funny after boiling. There were hairs in bathroom that weren't ours which i always find gross. We only stayed 1 night but the tea & coffee selection was sad & made even sadder when the water from the kettle did not taste good. A few little improvements needed but otherwise was adequate for what we needed.

It was clean and central to where we needed to go

Lack of staff looking after us. We had to ask for more toilet paper etc.

The door handle fell off

Not much.

Staff were extremely rude. Booked a two bedroom house with two queen beds and was promised this via chat on the booking.com app from one of your team members months prior. But when we arrived one room had two singles and the other had a queen bed making one couple sleep seperate our entire stay. I showed the reception that I was promised 2 queen beds but he was short and very unhelpful. Quite rude. He gave the half assed excuse that due to the weather our original room was out of service even though there was zero communication and zero major weather events. and that there was in fact (nothing we could do about it) said spitefully. Not a very hard request to honour if you ask me. Rooms had several spiders and just unhappy with the experience as a one.
