The food was varied and of a high standard. Staff were helpful. The outside spaces were kept very clean.

The extras that weren’t included in our all inclusive package, were very expensive.

The staff are wonderful, excellent service and the food was really good with a good selection each day but the rooms need to be refurbished, stayed in the water bungalow and the deck, steps, doors, roof etc need to be replaced, looking very tatty. I'm sure this is reflected in the price as it was very reasonable i think for Maldives, would return once renewed. DO NOT TAKE THE SPEEDBOAT TRANSFER, 2.5 to 3 hours of hell. We spoke to a couple who crossed in the dark which must have been even worse, pay the extra for the water plane, its roughly an hour with a stop and the views are beautiful.

The hotel itself was lovely. Relaxing and quiet. Very beautiful part of the world.

Insanely unprofessional and disgusting behaviour of the staff. My (now ex) boyfriend was meant to join me, and was unable to. As a result of him buying me a spa package the staff had his number. Having seen me having drinks with some friends I made out there one night, an unknown member of staff decided to abuse the fact the phone number was known and text my (ex) to say I was cheating on him. which I was not! I’ve complained about this but without ‘proof’ (ie the message sent) they will not do anything or even apologise. Funnily enough I’m not in contact with my ex partner after this . This was absolutely disgusting behaviour and I am stunned by the lack of care when I brought it up. I’m not asking for a free holiday but acknowledgment and an apology would have gone a long way. As they have not done this, I am now going to warn everyone I can not to trust this resort.

The water villa was really an exceptional treat. It can feel a bit outdated in some aspects but it's part of the charm. I was on a half board package, so no buffet for lunch but breakfast and dinner were more than enough. Beware though, you have to go to all inclusive to have drinks other than water included (which makes sense and is totally normal, you get what you paid for and add on top if you want more).

It's part of a high level hospitality service but staff would knock on the door 3/4 times a day to ask if everything was okay. Equally while eating, the staff would come 3/4 times to ask if you wanted another drink or 'something other than water'. It's part of the game but it can feel irritating. Small inconvenience though, compared to the great stay.

I didn't like the food. Every thing tasted bland. Not a single food was made according to our taste.

Speed boat ride to resort was a bit rough, but return was much better,I guess it depends in ocean mood lol but next time I would choose sea plane as transfer 😉

I went with my wife for our honeymoon for 2 weeks. We took a Watervilla that was amazing with a great view.. The food was amazing a lot was indian food but international options were available. The staff was super friendly, thumbs up for Jowel. If you can afford it take the seaplane it's more confortable, we took the boat for arrival and seaplane for departure. The boat was fun but it takes longer (2h30 hours) and you may feel the need to vomit, seaplane is smooth and fast (40 min). Highly recommend the stay.
