The resort was nothing short of amazing. Everything was done for me, including booking transfers to the resort. I took both the sea boat and seaplane, and both were brilliant experiences! Don’t let the journey time of the speedboat put you off! The first night in the restaurant I chose a table and a drink of water, and for every meal after, the staff would have my table and drink ready the moment I walked in. All of the staff knew my name without me even telling them and treated me like family (even hugging me goodbye when I left)! It was nothing short of amazing and everything was just fantastic!

Through no fault of the hotel, there were a lot of ants in the bathroom (which was outdoors and amazing)!

Huge disappointment turned out the front desk prrsonnell - the service they offered was way below established standards, especially for this kind of resort; they demonstrated lack of attention, understanding and willingness to help resolve the issues we addressed. Their attitude and general approach to guests had little to do with the standards of hospitality industry and were simply unacceptable.

The staff were very professional and kind. The food was excellent and always contained a variety of options. The rooms were always kept clean and tidy. The diving centre was superb. Excellent and knowledgeable staff, incredibly kind, professional and supportive. The boat handlers and captain were great.

I found the accommodations to be a bit more basic and rustic than expected. Other than that, it was fine.

service was to slow, and the resort was to far it should be little cheaper.

The food was amazing, the rooms were lovely, clean and comfortable although the hot water was a bit temperamental. The infinity pool was delightful but the deck chairs didn't always have mattresses. You could get plenty of towels but you had to find the right member of staff. The dive centre was amazing, staffed by lovely, experienced divers who worked hard to make sure everyone was safe and happy! Overall very happy though, we had a fabulous holiday.

Ok, so no mosquitoes but... we all kept getting bitten by something... maybe sandflies, although I really can't be sure. Had to use strong insect repellent all the time. Also (not their fault, obviously) they are very far (2 3/4 hours by speedboat) from Male airport. You can take seaplane but you have to factor in a great deal of extra cash. These are minor quibbles though!
