"Pleasant experience "

Overall a comfortable place to stay in. But it’s more like a boutique hotel. Staff were friendly with the usual Thai hospitality. Breakfast on the other hand were a bit disappointing. Would expect a little if it is rated as a five star.

"Quiet hotel near city centre"

The hotel is a historic building. The room is large and well decorated. Breakfast is good with a variety of choices. Swimming pool is large. They have evening shuttles to the city / night market (but you have to go back by yourself).

Bathroom could use an update. Toilet didn’t flush well. Walls were thin so other guests noise was frustrating. Staff wasn’t that friendly or helpful.

This is a beautiful hotel. The staff is friendly, efficient, and so accommodating. Due to our schedule, my daughter needed to use the fitness center an hour before they were scheduled to open, and they happily opened it for her then. The breakfast is one of the best I’ve ever seen at a hotel, with many warm and cold dishes, including beautiful fruit and an omelette/waffle station.
