All excellent. Lovely room, lovely helpful knowledgeable staff, great location being only 5 minutes walk from York Minster and the York city sights, and excellent breakfast choice

"Great hotel in good location"

Nice clean comfortable room, in a great location. Onsite parking available but book in advance, especially on weekends.

Our food order got forgotten originally, as the printer got stuck, but resolved quickly, with extra chips given, as an apology.

"Lovely Stay in York"

We booked a Superior Double room and it was lovely. We did not have breakfast but did eat in the restaurant a couple of times and the food was really nice. We also booked a pod on a rainy evening and had pizza and drinks which was really nice. The staff are very friendly and made us feel very welcome.
