Would stay here again just for the helpfulness of the staff! My dad fell ill and they made sure he had everything he needed and was well taken care of. Excellent service!

Good location and nice helpful staff

Mould on curtains, smell in rooms and very hot rooms where couldn’t sleep. Generally run down in hallways and rooms. Restaurant was pleasant.

Close to everything Room was small but cosy and clean

The bar should stay open longer for guests Would have liked a proper window in the room . Room had skylight only.

What a great find! This hotel has a lot of history and loved hearing all of the stories from the people that worked there. Tastefully decorated and very comfortable / quiet rooms. A quick 10 minute walk into the heart of old York Town to see the old town walls, cathedral and the Shambles.
