"Amabilidad y Servicio 🔝"

La amabilidad de todo el personal, fueron muy serviciales y simpáticos. Llevábamos carro de moto y nos explicaron, informaron y ayudaron con el tema del parking para poder guardarlo, está muy bien organizado con el sistema de tickets que tienen. Me gustó mucho toda la cartelería que tienen por el hotel y el ascensor, información clara, concisa y todo con los mismos tonos verdes.

Preguntamos precio para añadir una noche más a nuestra estancia y nos pareció bastante cara, ya que por 2 noches pagamos 190€ y por una noche nos pedían 159€ en una habitación de una categoría inferior, (tuvimos que reservar una noche en otro hotel) Entendemos que era el finde de MotoGP, pero podían ajustar el precio a huéspedes con reserva previa y hacer ese "guiño" a sus clientes. El armario de nuestra habitación estaba roto, apenas corría la puerta.
