Sercotel Ciutat de Montcada

This is not a great choice for business travelers that may be used to American hotel service. The rooms don't have coffee makers or irons, the restaurant does not open until 7:30pm, and there are only 2 restaurants within walking distance. One night I went to the restaurant at 7:45pm, they told me their chef was not there, and maybe he would arrive in 10 - 15 minutes. I waited 30 minutes, still no chef - so I left. There is no bar, and there is very little in the way of a welcome. There are not smart TVs, so if you aren't fluent in Spanish, the TV is of no use unless you have an HDMI cable for your PC (and you don't need your PC for evening work). There are coffee machines in the cafeteria area, but you aren't allowed to use them if the restaurant isn't open. So, the location is not great, the amenities are not great and the service is not great. I usually stay in Granollers, which is wonderful! Great hotels, active community and many shops and restaurants. If you are headed here for business - head there instead.

L'emplacement est vraiment pas terrible... sans voiture difficile de se déplacer. Le rapport qualité-prix.

Nous n'avons pas eu d'eau dans la douche le 1er matin, dès le réveil, puis le soir, puis le 2ème matin. On m'a uniquement proposé une bouteille d'eau pour finir de me rincer le savon sous la douche. Aucune excuse de la part de l'hôtel. En allant voir la personne de l'accueil, la femme etait froide et m'a juste indiqué que ça sera rétabli dans la matinée.
