"Terrible customer service!!"

Booked a room over a month in advance and upon arrival were told they overbooked for the night and our booking was cancelled. No notification process or any attempt to rectify the situation, nor any compensation of any type! This will be my first and last booking with them!

"Great until we went to bed."

The hotel was clean and nice and the staff was great. We always stay in a king suite when available and this one was very spacious and well laid out.

The mattresses are terrible. We travel a good bit and this was the worse mattress I have slept on in years. They need to be replaced. This was the ONLY thing I did not like about this property but it is a deal breaker for me. We chose the Hampton Inn over the Holiday Inn and Suites because of the layout of the room but, when we come back to this area we will not be staying in the Hampton Inn.

The dining area was well located. My daughter loved the biscuits and gravy, not so much on the grits!

My flashlight , which had belonged to my late husband, went missing and we never did find it. I am handicapped to a degree and I used it when I got up at night to go to the bathroom. I brought the case for it home with me, but no flash-light. My daughter's underwear went missing as well.
