Please note that the property is located on upper-level floors with no elevator access. We have live music on Saturday evenings until midnight. If you require a quiet room, please advise at time of booking and we will try our best to accommodate, subject to availability. Please note that with effect from Monday, 5 June 2023, parking in Tylers Ride in front of the Police Station is available for GBP 2 per night via the QR code from the signs in the car park. Parking at the Asda store Car Park is available via horizonparking.co.uk for GBP 3.75 per night. Guests arriving outside check-in hours are advised to contact the property before their stay to arrange their key collection.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
