Please note that the property is located on upper-level floors with no elevator access. We have live music on Saturday evenings until midnight. If you require a quiet room, please advise at time of booking and we will try our best to accommodate, subject to availability. Please note that with effect from Monday, 5 June 2023, parking in Tylers Ride in front of the Police Station is available for GBP 2 per night via the QR code from the signs in the car park. Parking at the Asda store Car Park is available via horizonparking.co.uk for GBP 3.75 per night. Guests arriving outside check-in hours are advised to contact the property before their stay to arrange their key collection.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. I stayed in room 37 and the room next to me the guests were making noise till 2/2:30 am and had to check myself out the room and had no staff to speak to about my lack of sleep. I am almost crashed driving home

Breakfast was good with staff being friendly and allowing a mix different to the norm if required

TV in the room was not good at all with poor reception and sometimes total no service.

Size of room. Location to the center of South woodham ferrers

We had a room over the bar. There was NO mention that there could be live music. There music went on until 11.10 The walls were paper thin. So we heard our budgies officer conversations until 2am. The breakfast wasn't great. Only one hot food choice (not even offered egg on toast). Quality of did wasn't great.

"OK, cheap and cheerful"

Good price. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean. They serve a very good breakfast

It's a bit noisy, so when trying to cool the room down, opening the window wasn't really an option. Recommend you take earplugs for a good night's room
