The breakfast was bang on, good clean room i would recommend

Clean, comfortable, staff helpful and polite. Breakfast good. Unfortunately, had quite alot of noise at night. Seemed to be coming from next room. Obviously this cant be helped but, we didn't sleep well due to this.

Just the noise aspect

Very central, comfortable and clean rooms, very good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff

No onsite parking. Unfortunately, even though I booked the two rooms (one double and one single)about 2weeks before our stay, we found that one room was on the first floor and my room was on the second floor down 2/3 corridors. I’m a 75 year old lady on my own and did not feel comfortable with being on my own. We had expected the rooms to be together. This was a disappointment

Friendly staff lovely and clean good choice of breakfast including a full English well worth the money.

Good breakfast, clean, convenient for southend airport, lots of take aways and places to eat.

Band could have finished at 1100 instead of 1200, a bit late. weather could have been better, but they can't control that.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent a proper builders breakfast.

The room was dirty, side of bed was stained and there was only one set of towels. I asked for another set which were sent up to room but we didn't use them as they were stained. Having cleaned the dirty kettle I made a coffee but there was something wrong with the milk so couldn't drink it. The sheets seemed clean but neither of us really slept.

The room smelt a funny smell a bit fusty and knowhere to hang any clothes no wardrobe or rail or even wall hooks
