Nice friendly staff, clean and comfy room,great breakfast.Have stayed there several times, goid value for money budget hotel.

Very warm room. The outside temp.was approx 20,degrees, but felt a lot warmer inside the room,which made sleep difficult. A fan was put in the room, but it was still very warm.

Clean and friendly staff breakfast limited but well presented and well cooked

The position in a town where the local authority doesn’t keep clean cigarette ends every where out side the hotel lack of restaurants to eat in a very loud Greene King pub with poor menu loads of takeout places but luckily a very nice Indian fusion place

basic,but comfortable..lovely staff...clean room,however, a long treck up to room..and no air conditioning at all and room was absolutely sweltering in the current heatwave..breakfast was nice, but my daughter thought the breakfast utensils were not very clean.

We were in the middle of a heatwave but without us asking an electric fan was supplied in our room. The staff were very friendly and helpful in general.

A little more choices at breakfast would be lovely, although the breakfast was perfectly cooked.
