The Bonerowski is a beautiful boutique hotel situated right on the edge of the old town square in Krakow. We sat each morning at breakfast looking out over the square. Rooms are beautifully decorated and have all the amenities you would expect from a hotel of this calibre. Even though we were so close to the square, our room was beautifully quiet. The staff were lovely.

The location is amazing - we breakfasted ovokking the central square yet didn’t hear any noise in our room. Breakfasts are cooked to order and are excellent. The property itself is stunning - it really does feel like a small palace. And the staff are lovely.

Nothing really

Wow! What a stunning hotel. Located on the main square in Krakow, the Bonerowski Palace is the ideal place to stay. It is pricey, but the stay was an anniversary gift and the expense was worth it. All the staff were nice, especially housekeeping, and the hotel was spotlessly clean. We didn't have dinner in the hotel, but the breakfasts were excellent. The décor was out of this world, transporting you to a time of luxury and opulence. We stayed in an executive suite (what I would call the blue room), with an adjoining living area. It's the most beautiful hotel room I have ever stayed in! The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was lovely with both a shower and a bath. Again, housekeeping were excellent in making sure everything was spick and span and toiletries were topped up as necessary. The only negative point was that the running of the spa was a bit cock-a-hoop. The actual spa was very nice, but we still didn't get to use it properly. Even when we 'booked' a session, there was no-one there to help us with the various buttons and levers. Nothing had been turned on and we ended up sitting in the spa in the dark. No-one was available to help and we were sent around the houses to get it sorted. Three days there, and we never got to really experience the spa properly, which was a shame as it was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Hopefully, they have sorted out the spa by now.

This is an exceptional hotel. The rooms are truly out of this world. You can not find more friendly staff. An excellent choice for breakfast, cocktails are awesome. I had the fillet steak on our first night, it was without doubt the finest steak I have ever eaten.

Spent a week at this beautiful hotel, situated right on the main square in the Old Town. Room was lovely, comfortable and well furnished. Breakfast was pleasant, cooked options were served promptly and delicious. The cold breakfast buffet was fairly well stocked with cereals, fruits, yogurts, cold meats and cheeses, fruit juice etc. The staff were friendly and attentive, the concierge was very helpful and booked us trips and taxis.

Great hotel with good rooms and attractive Polish decor. Good location with a bar / restaurant section outside on the main square. All the staff were helpful and service was very good. Good selection of food and drinks at breakfast and dinner.

From the moment you enter, the entire staff is warm and stand to greet. The hotel is beautiful throughout and breakfast was exceptional!!! So happy we chose this hotel. Location also perfect to walk everywhere.
