"LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!"

The location was fantastic, right in the center of the Old Town Square. The staff greeted us upon arrival and made us feel welcomed. The staff gave us the best local restaurant recommendations and anything we requested. The building is historical and well maintained. Our room was equipped with everything we needed to include coffee, and a mini bar.

Superb location for the old town sites and all the nearby restaurants and bars. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious

The view from our particular room could have been better but this was not a big issue.

"To absolutnie nie jest hotel 5*"

Położenie hotelu w samym sercu miasta

Dziwne procedury. Pobieranie kaucji za potencjalne zniszczenia. Pierwszy raz spotkaliśmy się z taką procedurą w hotelu 5*. Podpisywanie rachunku za śniadanie na potwierdzenie zjedzenia śniadania (wliczonego w cenę pokoju). Wystrój pokoju- gigantyczne kotary zasłaniające światło i wyglądające na niezbyt często prane. Sprane i szare ręczniki!!! Brak nastrojowego światła. Gniazdka/przedłużacze w szufladach mebli. Bardzo przeciętne śniadanie.

"Amazing stay in the heart of Krakow"

A superb hotel right on the central square of Krakow. The service was impeccable, the staff simply amazing (extremely polite, friendly and helpful), the breakfast and dinner very very good. The room was very spacy, super clean and warm and above all extremely quiet (I cannot remember ever having such a good night's sleep in a hotel so close to the center of a city!). Highly recommended!
