The staff was very kind and helpful when I arrived with an unexpected mobility problem. They went out of their way to make sure I had what I needed. The location was perfect for the Christmas Market and any other time of the year to enjoy Krakow. The room was lovely and quiet. Really a perfect place to be to enjoy this beautiful city.

Emplacement strategique en plein centre avec acces direct sur la place principale de la ville ( grand marche de noel). Le standart de l'hotel est au top niveau et merite ses 5 etoiles. Toutes les equipes de l'hotel ( reception, restaurant, nettoyage des chambres) sont tres agreables et professionnelles. Le petit dejeuner est servi au restaurant avec un petit buffet mais aussi un choix de petits dejeuners a la carte, compris dans le prix du petit dejeuner. L'hotel donne un sentiment de securite. Malgre la situation de l'hotel sur la place centrale, notre chambre etait d'un calme absolu ( double vitrage et insonorisation parfaite).

The hotel was everything we could have wished for, steeped in history, clean welcoming , quiet with great hospitality. Close to the square , and the breakfast was superb. Amalia restaurant during the evening was equally as good .

Die Lage des Hotels ....perfekt genau am Marktplatz... Außergewöhnliches Frühstück a la Carte und kleines Buffet, Prosecco und Säfte. Im Zimmer wurde täglich Wasser, Kaffee und Tee aufgefüllt was wir als sehr schönen Service empfanden. Parkplatzservice hat super funktioniert und war unkompliziert.

Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer ( 305) was wahrscheinlich genau über der Küche lag und durch die Belüftung bekam man leider den Bratenduft abends mit. Kein deutschsprachiges Fernsehprogramm und leider auch kein Internetfernsehen möglich, was für ein 5 Sterne Hotel in der heutigen Zeit sehr ungewöhnlich ist.
