Blue Diamond Luxury Boutique - All Inclusive - Adults Only

We had a wonderful time; we went from Saturday to Saturday. Food and drinks were consistent, great quality, generously prepared, and served. The staff was attentive and warm at all times, concerned about any needs, and our joyfulness and thanks were returned by the staff tenfold. The grounds are beautiful, and it was nice to live inside the jungle for a week with the convenience of bicycles and walks to move around, and golf carts when we didn’t feel much like doing any. The activities offered were pleasant, enjoyable, and respectful of tradition and the environment (shout out to Diana she was amazing)—enough to do one a day and still have days for ourselves. The spa and the massages were top notch—first thing we did! The beach was well taken care of, cleaned as much as they could every day. The staff there always made sure our glasses and bellies were full. Guests came from across the Americas and Europe, with plenty of opportunities to engage with others. An ideal setting to relax, unwind, and reconnect with someone you love!

We sadly just returned from an amazing week at Blue Diamond Luxury Boutique. I say sadly because all week it was 26-28 and sunny, and it was -25 here this morning! I cannot say enough great things about this resort. Let me start by saying if you are looking for a rowdy, foam filled pool, party all day type of a resort, this isn't for you. My wife and I needed a stress relief holiday. We wanted somewhere with a great beach, great food, clean, friendly and relatively quiet. This place had all of this at a 5* level. The food was terrific, and I don't mean terrific for Mexico, I mean really good if you got it anywhere. The wine selection and the Anbar restaurant was also beyond what I had expected. I believe their were 6 different countries represented, and probably 10-15 different bottles for each country. The one thing that stands out is the people that work there. Not once did I see anyone that seemed frustrated to be their. Smiles every morning, catering to all the guests wishes (and trust me we saw a couple different visitors that should have been told where to go.) But their staff seem to work from 7 am to 10 pm every day, and you would never know it from their faces. Felipe in particular is a remarkable human being. Always looking to make your experience better. We were there for Superbowl, and he was right in the mix cheering and getting people drinks and food, and I think he said he had never watched a football game before! He also treated all of the guests like it was his business, they should be very happy to have him. Everyone else was terrific too. Nothing seemed to be a hassle for them. "can I get another....do you think we could go to this restaurant tonight....I'd like to do the free snorkeling but it is in 2 hours..." everything was accommodated. The last thing is there are 128 rooms, and the property is huge. So even if it is packed, you will feel like you have the place to yourself if you like that type of feeling. No one pressuring you at the beach to buy anything, no shortness of beach chairs or towels. The cost is definitely worth it if this is the type of vacation you are looking for. We will be back

This is a small and very private hotel, with rooms nicely separated from each other, which really gives you the feeling of being alone and surrounded by nature. Every day felt like a new adventure, we saw beautiful animals, enjoyed swimming in the cenote, and went snorkeling (an activity included with the stay). In the evenings, the shows were entertaining and elegant, adding a special touch to the experience. The team was absolutely amazing and made our stay even more memorable.

The food is fabulous. Consistently and always. The jungle is glorious. Beautiful, breezy, and lushly green. The staff are super. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Don’t miss yoga with Emanuel.

Everything was wonderful, the place is very clean and has a beautiful natural style for relaxation and wellness. The staff was extremely kind and attentive at all times. The quality of the food and drinks is truly next level.

Was there fo 3 moths for work offsite! Treated us extremely well! Rooms were big and very clean.

The atmosphere is very pleasant and relaxing, with no loud music or parties which make it perfect for resting. Good amenities and location.

This place is definitely an adults only sanctuary for those looking for peace and relaxation. The natural surroundings are beautiful, with rivers, a cenote, a lagoon, and the ocean all in one location, which makes the experience very special. The food exceeded our expectations, and the staff truly won our hearts with their kindness and charisma.

Food and customer service was good, HOWEVER -they only had 20 chairs to sit on the beach so if you’re not out by 6am- forget it. They would not bring more down even though they had a surplus by the pool. - the “pool” was ice cold and couldn’t go in. - had to walk 0.8 miles to the beach and restaurant each time from room -the punch pool outside the room was filthy - room service cost 20 bucks each time you ordered -only three restaurants They call one a restaurant but it was a shelf with a coffee machine with what looked like an old fish tank with bite size sandwiches in it behind the front desk. -had food on the menu that you had to pay separately if you wanted( not all inclusive) - everything outdated - sheets/pillows stained We had to pull the mattress on the floor because it was held up with two pieces of plywood and every time you rolled over slightly or even sat on it, it made this god awful noise.

We absolutely loved this place. It has a very serene and romantic atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and disconnecting. The food is fabulous, full of flavor and beautifully presented, and the service was truly exceptional.
