Oaks Queenstown Club Suites

We had a two bedroom apartment. Good size for a family of 4. Stayed for a week, very happy with our stay. It would be great to have an obvious sign to the resort.

Great property with beautiful views of the lake and snow-capped mountains. The property is about a 20 min walk to the centre or a little longer if you follow the path along the beautiful lake. My family of 5 split our stay as we headed to Doubtful Sound in the middle of our trip for a couple of days. The first two nights we stayed in a 3 Bedroom Lake View Apartment which completely exceeded our expectations. The apartment was the largest we had ever stayed in with a huge living space, 3 bathrooms and fireplace that kept the apartment warm and cosy. Our second stay was in a 2 Bedroom Lake View with Spa and was supposed to include a rollaway. On arrival we were advised the rollaway was unavailable but were offered a second room at no additional cost which was not a problem for us given we have adult children. The 2 bedroom apartment was much smaller in size but offered the same incredible views and would have probably been a little too cozy for 5 adults....however given it had a spa we would have been more than happy to all bunk in given how much we loved jumping in at end of the day! The property also has an hourly shuttle facility into and out of the centre which we used on a number of occasions. This is a great property, well maintained, terrific staff and we would all love to revisit in the future!

It was spacious, clean and had an amazing view. It was a bit disappointing with such an old technology tv. We couldn’t even use our chrome cast as they have the two step internet log in which meant chrome cast couldn’t do it. That was a shame as cold at night and would have been nice to use the fire and watch some decent telly.

A nice location with a view over the lake. We appreciated the apartment's large floor area, self-contained facilities and sauna.

The views were stunning, spa was a great feature

the heating was good especially the floor in bathroom. But generally the room had a tired look. the kitchen cabinetry was showing the age of the units by beginning to delaminate.

Staff failed to communicate with us after discovering food items had disappeared from our cupboard which we discovered when we were back home. Only answered emails when pressed and never got back to us or rectified the issue

Beautiful views, lovely gas fireplace

We stayed in Room 902, a two bedroom two bathroom lake view with spa. The balcony was HUGE and the view was INCREDIBLE. Quiet too. I can't praise it enough. They had a free hourly shuttle to and from town, but we had a hire car and the drive was 5 minutes and we found parking easy.

gas fire in lounge. Did not like the access down to the car parks. Always kept my fingers crossed that we did not meet any vehicles coming down or up. Should have lights red or green like the Boulcott Suites in Wellington. With that system you would only have 1 vehicle going up or down
