Complimentary shuttle bus between Oaks Queenstown Club Suites and Queenstown City Centre runs from 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM. Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in. Limited complimentary parking available on a first come first served basis. Entrance on Morries Lane, off Frankton Road. Please note that all credit / debit card payments made directly to Oaks Hotels & Resorts will incur a 1.5% credit card transaction fee.

We stayed in a Lakefront Spa Unit which is considerably more expensive. The Room was large with everything you need including a washer and dryer. The condition was OK. It has a huge deck out the front and a 4 person spa pool. If you really like a hot spa then the extra is worth it. Te gym was small but adequate for my needs.

Was booked in for two nights. Only stayed for one. Didn’t sleep at all had the people staying next to us banging on to joining door all night. And when we told the people at the counter about our experience they pretty much told us it was our own fault for not ringing the caregiver in the middle of the night. We didn’t get out money back for the night we didn’t stay and still waiting to hear back from the manager that we were told would contact us. Never staying here again

Good property with nice view, spacious apartments. It was difficult to find the property, needs a bigger signage. In the bathroom there is no tray or shelf to put the the amenities except on the floor, other than that we enjoyed our stay.
