Oaks Queenstown Club Suites

Great location! We were upgraded to a one bedroom unit. It has full equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, cloth washer and dryer. However, the furnitures were outdated. Fireplace didn’t work. Not enough outlets for the electronics. Bathroom not well maintained with mildew on the shower walls.

We loved our 2 bedroom with lake view… quiet neighbours and other guest were very nice. But would have liked a private spa option and the tv needs to be upgraded, really needs a smart tv in the rooms. Other than that, the views were amazing

Stunning location 15 min walk from the centre of town. Amazing views, large spacious apartment with everything we needed. Clean, comfortable and nice, friendly, helpful staff.

The accomodation was amazing and a great set up for families. Loved the location and the view was amazing. The 3 bedroom apartment had everything you needed and was super spacious. Comfy beds, warm and cosy. Would definitely recommend this to family and friend and will definitely be back.

Helpful staff and a great location with a short walk into town along the lakeside

The photo of the room was misrepresentative. The kitchenette was inadequate. The heating was poor. The drain in the bathroom basin, which you have to wash your dishes in, did not drain. The WiFi did not reach the room. There are a lot of accommodation options in Queenstown if you book ahead. We won't be choosing this one again

We had the hotel deluxe room, there were stains on the wall which we didn't really mind but maybe having coat hooks at the back of entrance door would be immensely useful. Bathroom tiles were cracked so we had to stand in a way that would dodge the crack. Overall was very average unless you upgrade to the more expensive ones.

Shortage of staff is obvious and starting to look run down on the outside
