Oaks Queenstown Club Suites

We enjoyed our stay a lot. We booked a lake view 2 bedroom suite. The Queenstown lake view was amazing. The suite was very nice and very spacious. It was clean and condition of the room was very good. The hotel has indoor parking and we were lucky to have our room located on the same floor of the car park. There was one glitch during our stay. The electric fuse system in our room was very sensitive, and it tripped during our first night meaning that the heater was out. We called reception at about 9.30pm and they were able to arrange another room for us to stay right away. They dealt with the issue very promptly and didnt affect our very high rating for this hotel.

Property has amazing views & is in a great location. However was disappointed with the amenities and found the bed very uncomfortable.

Views are stunning! Rooms was cold and neighbours through a party each night. Staff are very friendly. Very minimal cleaning service (no bed making - not advised until at the property).

Stunning view. Lots of room. Walking distance to town. Easy access to public transport.

Great Stay! Staff are very friendly and accomodating, beautiful views from the reception & from our balcony, spacious rooms and the best part was the free shuttle service to and from town which added so much value to our stay. Only things I would mention is to be mindful of accessibility as it is on a slope / overlooking the lake. There is a sloped driveway to the reception OR stairs through a side door at the top of the driveway. The bed was also a little stiff for our liking however was not the be all and end all. We would definitely stay here again!

Lovely apartment, perfect location. Only critism was the TV was quite old - could have donwe with a better one.

the room was huge and view was great. outdoor area and easy access to walking tracking into queenstown was fantastic. the room had almost no decoration and i could hear the family next door through the walls.

2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with spa pool. Stunning view, massive balcony with outdoor furniture. Quiet in terms of traffic noise even though I was close to the road. Well fitted kitchen. Gas fire. Bathrooms very small but very high quality. Large leather L shaped couch. Small dining table. 20min walk into town along waterfront

Great location with lovely views across the lake. Had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Would stay again.
