"Great Hotel...but bit far from all.."

5 star all the way The Executive Lounge great WIFI is not the best Location: Though located close to a mall & metro station. It is a distance from city centre or the main shopping and attractions.

I stayed there for 3 nights. This is my second stay. I returned because my first visit was very pleasant. This time round, the stay is just as good. I want to write about the concierge. I have to get a luggage lock in a hurry. I called the front desk and was told to approach the concierge. The staff helped me order online and the item arrived within 20 mins. Amazing!! The staff are all very pleasant and polite.
