Spacious room and excellent leisure facilities.

One restaurant did not have a menu in English. Reception staff should have a better grasp of basic English. It was difficult to book a table in the restaurant with one receptionist.

Attentive and Great Service from the moment you stepped in. Checking in was a breeze and front desk was very welcoming. During the stay, housekeeping staff was excellent in my level 8 and I must commend them for their attentiveness as I required a pair of scissor and tape to secure my food stuff and they were very prompt and accommodative to help me on that. Turn down service was spotless and even when my friend accidentally threw away something and requested for help, they were able to accommodate as well. During checking out, the front desk even handed over a breakfast pack worried that I was taking such an early flight without food and even usher me to the lounge in the lobby to take a quick bite while waiting for my driver to arrive. Kudos to JW Marriott Beijing, I will definitely return again for this impressive service and experience you had provided.
