Room had a terrible odor, dirty, door didn’t close all the way, and to top it off there were bugs. Also when first gave me room there were housekeepers eating in the room with their cleaning products

They never clean our room. Also there was a woman in the front desk not the red and curly hair one. Another one was super rude and she never help us. Air conditioners were so bad.

The furniture was old and not very well maintained or cleaned. The mattresses were also outdated and very uncomfortable—you could feel the springs pressing into your back while lying down. In addition, the room directly above ours was undergoing refurbishment during our stay. Construction noise started as early as 8:00 a.m. each morning, which was very disruptive. I spoke with the staff and asked whether the work would be completed that day, and I was told that it would be. However, the construction continued afterward, causing ongoing noise and inconvenience. The refurbishment work also appeared to affect the condition of our room. The toilet did not flush properly, and the ceiling air vent was leaking water and dust. I requested room service twice to address these issues, but the cleaning and maintenance provided were suboptimal and did not fully resolve the problems. The only positive aspect was that the staff allowed us to use the bathroom in another room when our toilet was not functioning properly, which we appreciated , but still disruptive as you can imagine. Overall, the condition of the room and the disruption caused by the refurbishment significantly affected our stay.

First and foremost this place is ranked a 4 star on booking.com, and it shouldn’t be! The hallways stink like old urine! The hallways full of debris of paint chipping off the wall and the stairwells too. Elevator looks ran down and bogus, while still operating on a EXPIRED LICENSE in early March of this year 20206, while still letting anyone get on as of June 20, 2026 ! I was there yesterday before i left and rebooked a hotel downtown not even after staying 1 hr and 30 minutes of checking in! The front entrance where you can sit by the bar was dirty and the jacuzzi as well, rooms water temperature doesn’t get hot for real, with missing cabinets doors in the kitchen and deceiving interiors. WIFI Connection Is Horrible, if you’re someone who needs to work with WIFI I wouldn’t recommend this place at all it doesn’t work neither the guests or the staff’s wifi. However the lady at the front was very nice and cooperative when working with us on getting us in early at 1 and when we reported about connections problems. I booked this place earlier this year for $800+ for a 3 day south beach stay! I was promised a room with pictures expecting what i paid for but wasn’t! Given this is a 4 Star Suite booking i’d give it a 3 Star flat if i’m being nice nothing over a 3.0!

Horrible hotel. Horrible customer service by booking.com and the hotel manager

I booked an ‘accessible’ room but was not notified that the shared bathroom did not have a door. The floorplan was open with no privacy. My friend and I shared a room and this was going to be a major problem. Within the first 10 minutes of arriving to the hotel, I was on the phone with booking.com’s customer service; and trying to see what my options were with the front desk. Nobody offered me any consolation. Plus, the elevator was broken. I booked an accessible room because I had recently gotten surgery and this establishment made it absolutely difficult in getting up to my room.

Honestly the whole thing is super cute. Our room exceeded expectations and was less than $200/night which was wild considering we had 2 bedrooms and a full kitchen. The location is incredible, less than 2 blocks to Miami Beach.

Nothing- we're already planning another trip down!
